- 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitime

About the Role
This position is responsible for undertaking and coordinating the review and finalisation of subdivision certificates submitted to Council. You will also be required to:
- Provide research and administrative support to the Development Coordinators and Engineers within the Development Services Department.
- Resolve enquiries from and dealing with consultants, solicitors and applicants regarding subdivision applications.
- Use the PEXA Platform, in particular creating workspaces, co-ordinating & arranging deferred payment settlements, Discharge of Mortgage settlements, RATU/variations, etc.
This is a fixed term full time position, for 4 months.

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Certificate III in Business Administration and / or equivalent experience and related skills.
- Certificate IV in Local Government (Planning) or equivalent.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills to the extent necessary to provide effective customer services, resolve disputes and negotiate for positive outcomes.
- Ability to consult, share information and work collaboratively
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the development application process, particularly subdivisions
- Demonstrated effective time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to balance competing workloads and deliver within deadlines
- Class C Driver's Licence
Familiarity with legislation related to land titles and registration is advantageous.
