Your New Role: Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative and compassionate team member to lead and deliver innovative lifestyle and wellbeing activities tailored to our residents’ interests and abilities. In this full-time role, you'll:

Design engaging, resident-focused activities that promote connection and joy

Lead and inspire a team in bringing those programs to life

Make sure every resident has a chance to participate in something meaningful

Help ensure all documentation and evaluation processes are in place

Create experiences that reflect the hobbies, histories, and hopes of our residents

What You’ll Bring

Experience in aged care, community care, or lifestyle programs

Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (or equivalent)

A heart for people and the ability to live out our values: compassion, respect, imagination and boldness

Strong communication and leadership skills
