DARKA is a premium nail salon in Cheltenham, known for our Russian manicures, high-quality nail art, and a commitment to excellence in every service.

We’re looking for nail techs who are passionate about their craft and want to be part of a team recognised for its work. While our focus is on advanced to senior techs, we’ll also consider an exceptional junior someone already producing quality sets, driven to keep improving, and ready to grow under the guidance of the salon owner. The right junior isn’t starting from scratch; they’ve put in the effort, and with the right support, they’re only a step or two away from advanced level.

What We’re Looking For

Passionate nail techs who love their craft and want to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Strong experience in Russian manicures and pedicures.

Confident in e-file prep, BIAB, and Gel X.

Skilled in shaping and design across all nail types and lengths.

Creative nail artists with an eye for detail and precision.

Client-focused professionals who value care, consistency, and continuous growth.
