The role is the processing of meat and other products as per the production

schedule and to legally required food safety standards.

• Safe and hygienic operation of plant equipment and machinery.
• Maintain hygiene standards of processing areas and ensuring consistent cleanliness of

facility.

• Understand and follow all aspects of the company's HACCP Program.
• Understand and fulfil health and safety responsibilities within the property.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

*Citizenship or permanent residency is a requirement.
