The Role
Working alongside the Lead Mechanic and wider farming operations, the Diesel Mechanic will perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a broad range of agricultural equipment and heavy machinery. This is a hands-on, autonomous role ideal for someone who values a diverse workload. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on agricultural, earthmoving, and heavy commercial machinery.
• Assist with field repairs and general farm maintenance
• Operate machinery to support wider farming operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement meetings

About You

• Trade qualification (Diesel Mechanic or similar).
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively.
• Strong diagnostic skills across hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with agricultural equipment highly regarded but not essential.
• Open Driver’s Licence and full working rights.
