We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our growing team in Sydney West. In this role, you will provide essential, person-centred support to individuals living with disability under the NDIS.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing)

Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping

Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of equipment

Promote social inclusion by accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and events

Build respectful, empowering, and trusting relationships with clients

Accurately document services delivered and report any concerns or incidents

About You:

Genuine passion for supporting people with disability

Reliable, patient, and empathetic nature

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable providing personal care (where required)

Requirements:

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as per public health orders)

Relevant experience or Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)
