Synergie Australia is seeking Quarry Operators for a well-established quarry and transport operation located in Rockhampton.

• Monday- Friday, Day Shift only- Enjoy your weekends off

• Immediate start with consistent, ongoing work

What you will be required to do:

You’ll play a hands-on role operating heavy machinery and supporting safe quarry operations.

• Operate loaders, articulated haul trucks, dump trucks, and water trucks
• Transport and stockpile quarry products, gravel, and crushed materials
• Conduct routine machine checks, grease & oil, and maintain equipment
• Use UFH communications to coordinate safely on site
• Support dust suppression using water truck spraying when required

To be successful in the role you will:

• Hold a White Card and relevant RII/VOC’s (Loader, Water Truck, Haul Truck)
• Have proven quarry or civil construction operating experience
• Be physically fit to work in a dusty, manual-handling environment
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport to get to site
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
