We have an exciting opportunity for a Pallet Builder/Labourer with experience for a role located in Altona. This role is a casual position with an immediate start.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am to 3:00pm

Duties:

• Assembly of pallets using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
• Operation of pallet manufacturing machinery safely to meet daily production goals
• Ensure all pallets produced meet company standards
• Inspect pallets for damage and identify areas requiring repair
• Maintain a clean work area while always following safety protocols
• Work with the team to meet daily production and quality goals

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in pallet industry or manufacturing
• Proven experience with hand tools, power tools (saws, nail guns)
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks
• Ability to collaborate within a team and work autonomously
• Have a team-first attitude and commitment to safety
• Must be available for an immediate start
• Forklift licence advantageous
