About the role

Dharma Bums' is seeking dynamic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team at our Coolum Beach, Queensland distribution centre. As a full-time Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fast-paced warehousing and logistics facility.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, checking, and unloading incoming stock and shipments

Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

Maintaining stock records and inventory levels

Adhering to all health, safety, and quality control procedures

Assisting with general warehouse duties and housekeeping tasks

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics, or distribution environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

The ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team

Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of a fast-paced warehouse

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
