Lets Go Surfing is seeking Surf Instructors & SUP Instructors at our Bondi and Maroubra locations.

Do you love surfing and people and have a passion for sharing your ocean experience with others? Do you have a big smile, positive attitude and an upbeat, kind and caring nature? Then you need to join our dynamic and committed team who love working on the beach!

You will teach kids and adults from all walks of life and from around the world. You must be able to adopt the strong work ethic and culture of the Lets Go Surfing team and help people achieve their surfing goals. Enjoy awesome benefits and above award wages.

To be considered you must:

Be a capable surfer and understand the surf and pass a surf related physical test

Be responsible, pro-active and aware of inherent risks and work as an individual and as part of a team

Work a minimum of 3 days a week (including a weekend day)

These roles are for casual & seasonal work with full time opportutnies for the right candidates.

Successful applicants are required to hold or obtain Surfing Australia Coaching qualifications including:

Level 1 Surf Coach or SUP Coach ,Ocean safety award, First Aid certificate & Working With Children Check

These qualifications can be obtained and we'll help you during the induction process for successful applicants. You will be provided training & great beach benefits!
