Poolwerx Springfield Lakes is on the lookout for a Retail Superstar to join our tight-knit team. We’re passionate about pools, customer service, and delivering the best in the business – and we’ll train you up to do the same!

About the Role

Hours:

Wednesday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm

Sunday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Pay: Full-time wage, with ongoing training and career development.

Location: Poolwerx Springfield Lakes retail store.

Reporting to: Retail Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering friendly, professional customer service.

Testing pool water and providing expert advice on chemicals.

Learning to rebuild and troubleshoot the latest pool equipment technologies.

Maintaining stock, merchandising, and keeping the store looking sharp.

Working independently day-to-day, while reporting to the Retail Manager.

What We’re Looking For

A self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently.

Someone with a strong sense of ownership – treating the store like it’s their own.

Great computer skills – confident with POS systems and learning new software.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A team player who still shines when working alone.

Retail or pool industry experience is a bonus, but not essential – if you’ve got the drive, we’ll provide the skills.
