Occupational Therapist – Join a Supportive, Specialist Team
Full-time or part-time | Geelong & Surrounds | $90K–$110K + super + perks
Looking for more than just a job?
At Will & Way, we believe great OTs deserve a great place to work. If you're ready to be valued for your expertise, supported in your growth, and empowered to make a real difference, we want to meet you.
Why Will & Way?
Stability & Security
We're a trusted, established team - not a startup, not a sole trader. You'll join a service with a strong reputation, clear vision, and experienced leadership.
Specialist Pathways
Develop your skills in areas like complex home modifications, seating, pressure care, cognitive rehab, sex & intimacy, and more - with expert mentoring and no expectation to “know it all” from day one.
Real Support
Enjoy intensive 1:1 onboarding, protected supervision time, monthly in-services, and daily access to senior clinicians who genuinely care about your development.
Nature-Filled Therapy Centre
Work from our beautiful Moolap centre with your own ergonomic desk, indoor plants, and nature-filled outdoor spaces.
Sustainable Productivity, Not Clock-Watching
We focus on what matters most: the quality of your clinical inputs - not just the number of billable hours. While productivity is important, we achieve it by investing in the right supports: supervision, training, and understanding each team member’s strengths. You’ll have clear expectations, without the pressure of clock-watching.
Competitive Package
$90,000–$110,000 per year, plus superannuation. You’ll also receive a car travel allowance in line with the award, a work phone and laptop, company-paid parental leave, and generous support for professional development.
About Us
At Will & Way, we do things differently. Our team of experienced Occupational Therapists, led by Claire Brice and Coralie Cooper, is united by a shared commitment to our values:
Our curiosity and creativity drive us
We are responsive, reliable, and honest
We build genuine connections
We are committed to growth and continuous learning
We achieve results
With over 130 years of combined experience across our 13 team members (not counting our two dogs—The Will & Way Happiness Helpers!), we support people aged 16+ throughout Geelong and surrounds at home, in the community, at work, or via telehealth.
Guided by our values, we take an evidence-based, person-centred approach that’s earned us a reputation as both a trusted service and a genuinely great place to work.
About You
You're an OT with 2+ years post-graduation clinical experience, preferably in community or disability settings, who’s:
Passionate about working with people with neurological and/or cognitive disabilities
Looking for a team that values collaboration, learning, and client outcomes
Comfortable working independently but loves being part of a supportive crew
A strong communicator with solid clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
Registered with AHPRA, with a driver’s licence and reliable car
Bonus points if you have experience in community OT, home modifications, equipment prescription, or NDIS/TAC/Home Care Packages!
The Role
1 x full-time position available (part-time considered, minimum 3 days/week)
Flexible work arrangements
Local caseload in Geelong & surrounds
Access to admin support and well-developed processes
Career progression opportunities, including leadership roles
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality therapy in homes, communities, workplaces, and via telehealth
Building respectful, trusting relationships with clients to support their goals
Creating and reviewing service plans, assessments, reports, and therapy resources
