Position Requirements
Hold doctoral qualifications (PhD or equivalent) plus significant experience in the relevant discipline.
Understanding of current professional and educational issues in the domain, through a network of industry stakeholders.
Specialised knowledge and understanding of pedagogy, curriculum and educational best practice in learning and teaching.
A results-driven mindset, with demonstrated success in achieving strategic goals and leading meaningful change within the tertiary education sector.
Proven innovator with a track record of integrating emerging technologies and forward-thinking pedagogies to enhance learning outcomes.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
