About the role

Maximum Altitude Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable MR Truck Driver to join our team in Pooraka at the DHL site . This is a casual position with hours that typically range from 35-45 hours per week. We will also consider drivers that may only want to work 3-4 days per week on a flexible roster .

The position is driving in a 2 man team truck delivering pallets and hand unloading around the Adelaide metro area.

Typically the hours of work are 7am -3pm.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating and maintaining medium rigid trucks to transport goods across metropolitan and regional areas

Adhering to all relevant road rules and transportation regulations

Ensuring thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections are completed

Maintaining accurate trip logs and other documentation

Assisting with loading and unloading of cargo as required

Providing excellent customer service to clients

What we're looking for

Hold a valid MR class driver's license with a good driving history and must have a minimum of 6 demerit points available.

Applicants must be well presented, fit and in good health.

Applicants must be able to present a clean Crime check report when requested.

Applicants must have full working rights

Have experience operating medium rigid trucks

Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
