About the Role

As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping residents maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes and communities. Your key responsibilities will include providing personal care, offering social support, and assisting with domestic tasks to ensure each individual feels safe, supported, and valued. This role requires compassion, reliability, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference every day.

What You Need

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent qualification
  
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
  
• Manual Handling certification
  
• Training in Administration of Medication
  
• A reliable car and a valid driver's license
  
• Current Working With Children (WWC) check
  
• Recent Police Check
  
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
  

Availability

• Must be available to commence work this week
  
• Able to work both weekdays and weekends
  
• Flexible to accept last-minute short shifts as well as longer shifts scheduled in advance
