About the Microsoft Traineeship Program
The Microsoft Traineeship Program is an entry-level program designed for individuals who are eager to start a career in IT. This program is ideal for those with a keen interest in technology and excellent communication skills. When you join the program, MEGT will be your legal employer and you will be placed with a Host Employer within the Microsoft Australia partner network.

About the Roles
Kickstart your career through MEGT with the Reserve Bank of Australia's two-year rotational program in Sydney, offering hands-on experience across cybersecurity, cloud, data, software development, and more. Contribute to nationally significant systems supporting Australia's payments, currency, and banking operations while receiving mentoring, professional development, and clear career pathways.

Qualifications
You'll receive paid study time while completing a nationally accredited Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking) and recognised Microsoft certifications.

Duties

• Ensure WHS compliance and effective communication
• Gather and confirm client ICT requirements
• Apply copyright, ethics, and privacy standards
• Configure desktops, servers, and virtual machines
• Install, configure, and secure networks and hardware
• Troubleshoot ICT systems, software, and equipment
• Implement and manage virtualisation and cloud solutions
• Maintain network and data integrity with documentation
