About the Role

The Project Officer will work closely with administrative teams across the Division of Medicine, Patient Accounts, and DSD to develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to booking, scheduling, and billing processes.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a high degree of independence, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. The position will focus initially on documenting SOPs, training administrative staff, and monitoring uptake and compliance in collaboration with the Accounts team.

The successful applicant will demonstrate adaptability, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the capacity to learn and apply hospital-based IT systems, including the Digital Health Record (DHR) and Power Billing and Revenue Collection (PBRC).
