About the Role!
The CEO will lead MBA into its next phase of growth, innovation, and impact. This role requires an experienced leader with a strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of digital platforms, and a passion for customer engagement. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and leading a high-performance team aligned with MBA’s mission to create meaningful, loyalty-driven experiences.
This role is fully remote and we are open to candidates located anywhere in Australia.
About You!

Your strategic leadership skills will set you up for success in identifying growth opportunities and executing MBA's strategic plan.
Your experience leading cross-functional teams will shine through in your oversight of day-to-day operations to ensure delivery of high quality scalable solutions.
You're no stranger to a spreadsheet; financial performance, budgeting and reporting is a breeze. That allows you to focus on driving sustainable growth through strategic partnerships and product expansion.
Engaging with stakeholders is second nature to you. You'll be excited to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, represent MBA at industry events, and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration with stakeholders.
You have proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director or senior executive in a SaaS, loyalty, or customer engagement business.
You have demonstrated success in scaling digital platforms and managing complex stakeholder environments.
You have strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen with experience bringing new partnerships to market.
You have experience working with Boards and governance structures.
The following attributes are desirable:
Experience in B2B and B2C environments.
Familiarity with Australian based loyalty programs.
Understanding of loyalty economics and behavioural incentives.
Background in marketing, technology or product development.
