Children’s Fitness & Entertainment Instructor

Join Happy Feet Fitness, Australia’s leading early childhood fitness and entertainment program!

We’re looking for a reliable, vibrant instructor to take over a small existing class schedule in Kensington, Randwick and Clovelly, with the aim to grow to 15+ classes per week over time.

What You’ll Do

Deliver fun, structured 30-minute classes using dance, music, magic, movement and imaginative play

Engage children aged 0–5 in childcare centres

Build strong relationships with centre staff & families

Work school hours across 2 weekdays to begin with (Thursday and Friday), expanding to 3-4 weekdays over the coming year

What You’ll Need

Children's dance, fitness, drama or early childhood education experience preferred

Confidence, reliability & great communication skills

WWCC, First Aid & ABN (all essential)

Reliable car to transport props & equipment

Business mindset – this is a contractor role and a small element of business development is part of the role (with the support of our management team)

Must have permanent work rights with no restrictions

What We Offer

Average earnings of $70–$100 per 30-minute class

All props, music, costumes & programs provided
