Job Title: Developer/Programmer

Location: Sydney

An ICT Programmer core skills like problem-solving, coding proficiency, and database knowledge, complemented by a diverse set of niche technical skills such as cloud computing, specific programming languages (Python, Java, etc.), debugging, version control (Git), data structures, cybersecurity, and analytics. The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining code, collaborating with teams, and documenting technical processes, all while maintaining a high level of detail and adaptability to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development: Design, write, test, and maintain program code to meet system and user specifications.

Debugging: Identify and fix bugs, errors, and faults within applications to ensure optimal performance.

Technical Documentation: Create and update technical program documentation and end-user guides.

Collaboration: Work with design, marketing, and product teams to develop and deploy applications.

Technical Consultation: Provide expertise on software design, recommending software purchases, and upgrades.

Process Analysis: Analyze and evaluate system program needs, identifying and addressing limitations in existing systems.
