Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary Range: $69,000 - $75,000 per annum + Superannuation

About Us: Edenfield Family Care is seeking experienced and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our nursing team in Port Augusta. We are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

Monitor and assess residents' health, reporting any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Support residents and their families by providing education and emotional support.

Requirements:

Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Previous experience in an aged care or healthcare setting is highly desirable.

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
