Your Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain air conditioning systems

Work independently or lead small teams

Ensure jobs are completed to the highest standards

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Train and mentor apprentices when required

About You

Trade qualified Refrigeration Mechanic and/or Electrician

Hold a current ARCtick Licence

Full, clean Australian driver's licence

Experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC

Minimum 3-4 years of HVAC experience required

Ability to manage your own jobs

Reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Australian citizenship required
