About the role

As a Content Creator & Digital Strategist at Elite Fitness Equipment Virginia, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging digital content and driving the company's online presence. This full-time position is based in South Brisbane, QLD, offering the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of this leading fitness equipment provider.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy to elevate the brand's image and reach across multiple platforms

Create content on the fly, using our equipment or good old phones and edit before posting. We want you to create content anywhere, anytime!

Create high-quality, visually compelling content including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and email newsletters. (You have a team of personnel for implementation- Web Developer, SEO Specialist, Graphic Designer and Listing Expert).

Manage and optimise the company's website, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective conversion paths.

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns.

Analyse website and social media performance to inform content and strategy decisions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing best practices

Driven and motivated to reach those KPI's, a generous bonus structure will be offered!

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Content Creator or Digital Strategist, ideally within the marketing/communications or fitness/wellness industries

Strong writing and content creation skills (filming and editing), with the ability to translate complex information into engaging, user-friendly content

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, website CMS, email marketing, and analytics

Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

Keen eye for design and visual aesthetics, with a solid understanding of effective content formatting and layout

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Passion for the fitness industry and a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles
