About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Lash & Brow Artist to join our growing team at Luxe Lash and Brow Co in Wyong, NSW. This is a part-time position.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional lash and brow services to our loyal client base, including lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, and tinting

Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the salon

Educating clients on proper lash and brow care and recommending products to support their beauty regimen

Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior lash and brow artists

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience as a Lash & Brow Artist, with a strong background in lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow services

A valid Lash & Brow Technician qualification or certification

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest lash and brow trends and techniques

The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Excellent time management and organisational skills
