CrossFit Coach Wanted 💪

We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring coach to join our team at Innerbloom CrossFit. This role is all about leading adults in fun, challenging, and effective training sessions while also stepping in to support our thriving youth program.

🏋️‍♀️ What You’ll Be Doing

Running engaging and safe CrossFit classes for adults (primary focus)

Delivering hands on coaching with clear cues to improve confidence and technique

Supporting members to get fitter, stronger, and more capable, whatever their level

Creating a welcoming, motivating environment that people look forward to

Helping out with occasional admin or gym tasks to keep things running smoothly

💡 What We’re Looking For

CrossFit Level 1 (minimum) or Cert III/IV in Fitness

At least 1 year’s CrossFit coaching experience (adults essential, youth experience a bonus)

Strong communicator with great presence and energy

Leadership mindset and genuine care for people

Someone who wants to participate in our classes and grow with us!

$35/hr starting rate

7-10/week to start (with potential for more for the right person)
