💼 Your Role

As a Support Worker with We2Care, you'll play a key role in empowering individuals to live independently and with dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering person-centred care in line with personalised care plans

Supporting clients in developing skills for independent living

Assisting with personal care needs (e.g. showering, dressing, daily hygiene)

Helping clients with daily activities and community engagement

Collaborating with the care team using a holistic, client-first approach

✅ What You Need

Current National Police Check (within 12 months), or willingness to obtain

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care

Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates, or willingness to obtain

Queensland Driver’s Licence

Access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance

Work is community-based, supporting clients in their own homes across Brisbane North.
