We are expanding our leadership team and seeking an Adelaide Branch Manager who can adequately handle internal and external issues that arise and identify and develop areas where required throughout our ongoing growth.

Job Summary

As Adelaide Branch Manager, you will be required to lead the Adelaide/South Australian team in providing positive relationships with current and potential customers by maintaining highest standard of service. The role will include organising and overseeing day to day operations of the workshop, parts, administration, customer relations, machinery and parts logistics. Communicating with the CEO and other branch managers. Maintaining a clean workplace and machine display. Deliver exceptional results and strengthen Shantui and REACT’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage South Australian branch operations and aftersales services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Maintain, develop and lead a high-performing workshop and parts teams aligned with Evcore and REACT’s values.

Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational excellence.

Collaborate with other managers to align regional goals with company strategy.

Represent Evcore and REACT at industry events.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in a senior management role.

Mechanical understanding and experience

Proficient understanding in workshop operations and problem solving.

Experience leading operations teams.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.

A results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

Competent computer skills

Ability to learn new products

Ability to travel as needed across the state and nationally.

What We Offer

Salary $140,000 + Superannuation. 40-hour week
