About the Opportunity
Our EnergyCo NSW Finance and Operations team is currently seeking to appoint an Accommodation and Fleet Officer to play a key role in supporting EnergyCo’s office accommodation planning and corporate fleet operations, helping to deliver efficient, fit-for-purpose workplace solutions. As Accommodation and Fleet Officer, you’ll contribute to the broader accommodation strategy, oversee fleet management, support office relocations and work closely with stakeholders to keep things running smoothly. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values a positive culture and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
About You
You bring proven experience in workplace services or facility management, ideally within a corporate office environment, and have hands-on knowledge of managing both accommodation planning and corporate fleet operations. With experience overseeing a small project-related fleet alongside core vehicles, you’re confident in balancing operational needs, lease agreements and broader accommodation strategies. Resilient and adaptable, you work independently to manage day-to-day priorities, make informed decisions and deliver outcomes under tight deadlines. You’re comfortable with numbers and use Excel to provide clear reporting, costing and budget overviews to support improvements and decision-making. A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments, you take ownership of your work, contribute ideas for continuous improvement and remain steady under pressure or criticism. Project management experience or qualifications will be highly regarded.
