Job Description: Commercial Landscaper

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Landscaper to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality landscaping services across commercial projects, including new developments, subdivisions, and large-scale paving works. The successful candidate will play a key role in constructing and enhancing outdoor spaces that meet client expectations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Perform landscaping duties such as turf installation, planting, mulching, pruning, and irrigation system setup.

Carry out hardscaping tasks with a focus on large-scale paving works, retaining walls, edging, and concreting.

Read and interpret site plans, drawings, and specifications to deliver projects to design standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient worksite at all times.

Work collaboratively with site supervisors, project managers, and other team members to complete jobs on time and within budget.

Conduct routine maintenance and checks on tools and equipment.

Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company safety procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial landscaping, civil landscaping, or a similar field.

Strong practical skills in both soft landscaping (planting, turf, irrigation) and hard landscaping (paving, concrete, retaining walls).

Ability to read and follow landscape plans and site drawings.

Current driver’s licence (MR/HR licence desirable).

White Card (Construction Induction).

Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (preferred but not essential).
