PDR Technician - Join Our Team (Full-Time, On-Site)

We’re looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to join our high-volume automotive business. You’ll be based at one location, handling all dents for our vehicles an estimated 10-15 cars per day depending on the number of dents per car.

Your Role:

• Perform high-quality PDR work on our used and retail stock, including hail repairs
• Maintain efficiency to meet daily KPI targets for work volume and quality
• Work closely with our reconditioning and quality control teams to keep turnaround times tight

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a PDR technician (hail repair experience preferred)
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
• Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing standards
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player

Rate: $60-$70 per hour (experience dependent)
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm
