Key Responsibilities:

Support the Manager in managing a portfolio of HNWIs, SMEs, and family groups

Prepare and review tax returns, BAS/IAS, and financial statements across a range of entities

Handle client communications and provide advice on business and tax matters inc FBT, Div7a, trust distributions, tax planning, business structuring, etc

Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting

Review and mentor junior staff, supporting their technical development

Coordinate workflow to ensure timely lodgement and high-quality output

Contribute to process improvements and internal efficiency initiative

About You:

4+ years' experience in Australian public practice

Confident communicator with a client-first mindset

CA/CPA studying or qualified

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
