Job Opportunity: HR Tipper Drivers

About the Role:

EGK Haulage is seeking an experienced asphalt HR Tipper Driver to join our small but busy team. You'll be driving a late model auto 8 wheeler on various residential, commercial or civil works in SEQ.

Location:

Yard located Wakerley area

Work days/Hours:

Night shift: Sunday night to Thursday night;

7pm start, up to 10hr shifts.

Fill in: rate dependent on experience/shift covered

Would suit semi-retired

Some Saturdays available

Service Areas: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring safe loading, transporting and off-loading of materials from various sites

Follow all WHS legislation, management directives, and road/site rules

Complete daily paperwork, including pre-start checks and accurate logbooks

Carry out site-specific inductions (online and on-site)

Keeping vehicle and equipment clean & tidy

Role Requirements:

Current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence

Minimum 2yrs HR tipper experience

Minimum 6 months asphalt experience.

Clean driving history (5 Year Traffic History Report)

Current White Card

Current Medical or pass a pre-employment medical (including drug screening) if required

2 recent work-related references

Ideal Candidate:

2+yrs experience doing asphalt in HR tippers.

Professional attitude to work.

Reliable, self-motivated and great communication skills

Reside reasonably close to yard.
