With new products launching frequently and exciting growth ahead, we’re looking for a skilled Senior Wide Format Print Operator to join our production team.

The Role

As our Senior Wide Format Print Operator, you will work closely with our small-but-mighty production team and take responsibility for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting our wide format print machines. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for precision.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain wide format print machines to produce high-quality products.

Manage print jobs from setup through to finished product.

Ensure all output meets Hero’s high standards for accuracy, consistency, and detail.

Work independently as well as collaboratively with the production team.

Assist with testing and rolling out new products and printing processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.

Contribute to a safe, organised, and efficient production environment.

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in wide format print operations.

Strong technical knowledge of wide format machines and finishing equipment.

High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to think outside the box and solve problems quickly.

Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.

Reliable, proactive, and ready to grow with a fast-moving company.
