Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $32.74 – $36.66 per hour

About the Role:
We are currently seeking physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious RF Scanners, Pick-packers, and Tugger Operators to support our client’s high-volume operation located in Melbourne’s western suburbs. This is a physically demanding role that involves container work, general warehousing tasks, and order processing in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, Packing and Sorting a variety of goods
• Manual handling and lifting (15kg–25kg)
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Following OH&S protocols and site safety procedures
• Assisting with inventory movement and stock replenishment
• Operate a tugger safely

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Warehousing, RF Scanner, and Pick-packing experience preferred
• Manual unloading and loading of shipping containers — preferred but not essential
• Physical fitness to handle repetitive lifting and extended standing periods
• High level of reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
• PPE Required: Steel-capped boots and high-visibility clothing
