Key Selection Criteria:
Have their car and a full driver's license. Willing to travel to various locations and willing to commute from home to work for about 35km or more. - We will pay for the commuting km from client to client.

Honesty and integrity. A reliable person. Ability to work autonomously and in a team, following directives as per the participant’s care plan. Possess good English and communication skills.

Demonstrated understanding of the importance of connection and how you build relationships by listening to and understanding the expressed and unexpressed needs of the people you support. Demonstrate a mature approach, openness, and a non-judgmental approach.

Qualifications:
Current Australian Driver’s License with registered vehicle and minimum third-party car insurance.
Willing to work with people with disabilities.

Some of the duties to be performed are: making beds and changing linens, dusting and vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, toilet and bathroom cleaning, organizing and cleaning cupboards, taking out the rubbish and council waste bins, and assisting with pet care, among others.

The shifts are around Balwyn North, Ascot Vale, Bulleen, Cranbourne, Hawthorn, Chadstone, and Mitcham. We pay for the distance travelled between clients.
