OUR CLIENT:

Client manufactures a range of organic soil improvers to Australian quality standards for urban amenity, home gardeners, and commercial landscapers since 1974. Due to increase in work, they are looking for a Production Operator to work in the bagging plant based in Yass, NSW.

THE ROLE:

As a crucial member of the production team, your responsibilities will include

• Operate and monitor bagging machines as part of the production team
• Feed bags into machines to maintain continuous production flow
• Clear bagging jams and troubleshoot minor issue
• Perform general labouring and manual handling tasks
• Assist with hopper feeding and bag changes to keep production moving
• Enter basic data into the computer system to support machine operations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work area

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Previous experience in production, labouring, or machine operation (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual tasks in a hot/dusty environment
• Basic computer literacy for simple machine entries
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to commit to at least 10 weeks
• Available for IMMEDIATE START
• Able to pass a Pre-employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol testing
• Own transport-depot is not accessible via public transport and parking available on site.

BENEFITS

• Earn up to $45 p/h + penalties (approx. $600-$675 per day depending on shift lengt
• 10% completion bonus after 10 weeks (approx. $3,000 extra on top of wages)
• Work 5-6 days a week, 12 hours per day paid on penalties!
