Founded in 2021, The Base Hair Lab is a vibrant Premier Boutique Hair Salon and Takeaway Coffee Hub — no two days are ever the same. We value continual education and provide ongoing support and training to our team.

The ideal applicant will:

• Be available at least one evening per week (with the possibility of more during peak periods)

• Be available Monday and Saturday (guaranteed 2 days off each week!)

• A Full time position is available, however we can be flexible for the right candidate.

About you:

• Certificate III in Hairdressing minimum

• Friendly, honest, reliable, and trustworthy

• Confident in all areas of hairdressing

• Eager to learn, share, and grow

• Own clientele advantageous but not essential

• Hair extension experience and/or barista skills advantageous but not essential

• Social media marketing skills are a bonus!
