About the Role

• Dozers (CAT D10/D11)
• Graders (CAT 16M, 24M)
• Loaders (CAT 992, 994)
• Dump trucks (CAT 795, Hitachi EH5000)

• Operate heavy machinery including:
• Deliver on production targets through effective equipment operation and task execution.
• Follow Macmahon's safe work procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Work flexibly across different pit areas and equipment types as required.
• Conduct thorough pre-start inspections, identify potential issues, and report maintenance needs promptly.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience operating multiple types of heavy mobile equipment in an open-cut mining environment (Truck + 2 skills)
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazard management
• Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11.
• Ability to conduct a National Police Check and Drug and alcohol.
