About the role

Dual Trade Solutions is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our team. This full-time role is based in Tamworth, NSW 2340 and will involve the fabrication and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry and joinery.

What you'll be doing

• Fabricate and install custom cabinets, vanities, and other joinery items to client specifications
• Read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and sketches to create cabinetry
• Operate a range of power tools and woodworking machinery to cut, shape, and assemble wood and laminate materials
• Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final product
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in Cabinet Making or a related trade, however apprenticeship considered for the right applicant.
• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Installer, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
• Excellent woodworking skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
