Guys Grooming celebrated it's 17 birthday in March 2025. Our premium brand and luxurious environment, provides an Oasis for Men to enjoy our full service grooming experience.

Guys Grooming's aim, is to deliver outstanding grooming services. To do this, we support Stylists and Barbers to achieve their best by providing a professional and respectful workplace, with a commitment to support and encourage you, to be your best.

Guys Grooming is a stable business, offering job security with Full time and Part time roles available.

In return you will:

Be part of a dynamic team of 14 professionals of the hair and beauty industry

Work in Australia’s largest and most awarded Male Grooming venue

Receive training on technique, product knowledge, sales training, customer service and much more

Have a regular roster with any changes being notified well in advance

Have a designated 40 minute lunch break every day without fail

Be paid for 2.5 hours every week for pre-and post-shift set up and clean up

Immaculate presentation

Exceptional customer service

Professionalism

Time management (40 minutes for each Cut and Style)

And of course, a Cert III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification

We negotiate your pay based upon experience, performance and provide a generous bonus system, all paid weekly. We also pay superannuation of 12% on time along with annual leave and sick leave.
