About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Housekeeping team member to join our dynamic hospitality team at the Brunswick River Inn in the idyllic coastal town of Brunswick Heads, NSW. In this casual position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our hotel rooms and public areas.

What you'll be doing

Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, restocking amenities, and ensuring a spotless finish

Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel to a high standard, such as the lobby, corridors, and common spaces

Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels

Report any maintenance or repair issues to ensure a seamless guest experience

Provide exceptional customer service and be responsive to guest requests

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality role, preferably in a customer-facing environment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues

A positive, friendly, and professional attitude

The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

A keen eye for cleanliness and presentation
