About your role:
As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, I will deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy that makes a meaningful impact under the NDIS and other funding models. I will support both children and adults in achieving their communication and swallowing goals. Through collaboration with families, carers, and a supportive multi-disciplinary team, I will learn to manage my caseload and calendar with guidance. Step by step, I will grow into a confident and capable therapist, ready to make a real difference.
Our New Graduate Program Includes:
- A structured 3-month onboarding plan
- Gradual caseload and calendar build-up (metered start)
- Weekly supervision and regular check-ins
- Peer mentoring and clinical huddles
- Wraparound support from your multi-disciplinary team
- Practical resources, tools, and admin assistance
- Ongoing professional development beyond the program

- Recognised degree in Speech Pathology (or graduating soon)
- SPA membership (or eligibility)
