JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re hiring five Civil Maintenance Crew Members to join our hands-on, multi-skilled team!

In this role, you’ll:

Work with a great crew to deliver road, drainage, and concreting maintenance projects.

Operate trucks, plant, and equipment safely and keep them in top condition.

Complete daily work sheets and plant dockets accurately.

Help keep our community safe and tidy while providing excellent customer service.

Contribute to a positive team culture and look for ways to improve how we work.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a practical, safety-minded team player who enjoys getting the job done right. You bring:

MR or HR Truck License + White Card

Experience in civil construction and maintenance (roads, drainage, concreting)

Skills in truck driving and operating small plant/equipment

Solid knowledge of WHS practices and a focus on safe work

Good communication and teamwork skills

The salary (within the above-mentioned range) will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience, and competencies of the successful applicant.
