About the Role
We're looking for dedicated Diploma Educators who can foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Your creativity, leadership, and commitment to early childhood development will be key in supporting children to grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
What We're Looking For
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Diploma Educator
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications
Full Australian working rights
Solid understanding of EYLF, NQS, and QIP frameworks
A passion for inclusive, community-centered early learning
Willingness to relocate to Newman, WA
