This exciting new Area Manager position is based in Hobart and is designed for a Behaviour Support Practitioner who brings strong clinical expertise and leadership capability. You'll be working on the ground with your team, not just overseeing performance, but actively mentoring, training, and helping clinicians grow.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the Proficient level or higher (experienced Core will also be considered), looking to step into a leadership role without the burden of admin management, instead focusing on what you do best: clinical impact and mentorship.
Your Duties will Include:
- Deliver high-quality behavioural support to NDIS clients across a variety of ages
- Guide and mentor clinicians to meet clinical benchmarks and grow professionally
- Collaborate with leaders across disciplines while managing a small clinical caseload
- Work out of a dynamic clinic in Hobart, Tasmania
Requirements/ Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Behaviour Support or related field
- Strong background working with NDIS and complex presentations
- AHPRA, NDIS letter of approval, or relevant professional registration (where applicable)
- Full Australian Work Rights
