Our team works together to promote safety, wellbeing and respectful relationships, helping young people build better futures.
About the Role

Key responsibilities include:
Providing consistent care, supervision and support
Building respectful, professional relationships with young people
Responding to challenging behaviour using approved de-escalation techniques

A genuine drive to help young people build better futures
Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
The ability to provide structure, care and supervision
Confidence in managing challenging behaviour using therapeutic approaches
Life experience, resilience and emotional intelligence
