About the role

BodyFix Chiropractic is seeking a passionate Front Office Lead to join our team in Medowie, NSW. As the Front Office Lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operations of our chiropractic clinic. What you'll be doing

Warmly greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression

Manage all front office administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining patient records

Provide professional support to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and coordinated care

Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies

Contribute to the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures

Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all backgrounds

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Proficiency in using computerised patient management systems and standard office software
