With several major projects in progress, we are growing our leadership team and looking for a dedicated Tower Crane Rigger Supervisor to ensure smooth, safe operations and high standards across our rigs.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who has hands‑on experience in tower crane erection, assembly, and dismantling, with strong coordination and supervisory skills. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full process from site preparation, crane build and teardown, to ongoing maintenance and inspections. You must be safety focused, organised, and able to manage both people and equipment reliably.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full erection, assembly, and dismantling process for tower cranes

Coordinate and schedule maintenance and inspection of tower cranes and all lifting equipment

Ensure all lifting equipment inspections are up to date, logged, and compliant with regulations and company standards

Supervise and mentor rigger crews, enforcing best practices in rigging, dogging, safety, and coordination

Plan and organise site preparation for crane erection (foundations, ground prep, access, etc.)

Address any faults, wear and tear, or non‑conformities, and lead corrective actions

Maintain accurate documentation (inspection reports, maintenance logs, rigging plans)

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in crane erection, dismantling, and full tower crane rigging cycle

Strong supervisory experience managing rigger/dogman teams

Valid High Risk Work Licence - Intermediate or Advanced Rigger (RI or RA)

Solid knowledge of lifting‐equipment inspection standards and compliance requirements

Excellent safety record and attitude; ability to enforce safety and procedures on site

Good communication skills; ability to coordinate schedules, crews, inspections effectively

Punctual, reliable, and strong organisational skills
