Team Elwood is an established personal training studio located in the heart of Elwood village. The business has been apart of the community for over ten years and has a devoted a loyal client base. All of our trainers are highly experienced and professional. We value the benefits that a life of true fitness and health can bring to a community and our immediate client base. Due to an increase in interest and need to expand our schedule capacity we are looking to expand our team.

Currently we are looking to higher a new trainer to take over a current role with the prospect of growing their hours as well as a permanent position at our studio.

This role will require the trainer to work mornings. The trainer will be employed as a casual but does not need sales or lead gathering expertise. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the fitness industry as well as at least 1 year of experience in the industry.

The job requirements:

1+ year experience in fitness industry

Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness

CPR and First

Working with Children Check

Experience working with all ages of clientele

Able to work closely with a team

Positive work ethic/attitude

High level of professionalism

Able to maintain a high level of client retention/satisfaction

The Role:

Personal trainer

Taking over a current list of clients from another trainer

12-16 hours a week one on one personal training, room to grow more hours

Mornings and evenings

Some admin required

Lead generation done for you by us
