An amazing opportunity is available within the East Arnhem Population Primary Health Care team to work as part of a multidisciplinary health team and engage closely with other service providers.
As the Connected Beginnings Nurse Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Connected Beginnings program on the four communities in the Groote Eylandt Archipelago.
Based primarily at the Angurugu School, you will work closely with the Department of Education, Remote Area Clinic staff including Remote Area Nurses, Clinic Managers and General Practitioners to provide a proactive and preventative approach to service delivery in this high priority program.
